What is the OneBell® Lite adjustable kettlebell ?

Kettlebell training offers exceptional benefits for physical performance and health. However, equipping yourself with a complete set can be costly and take up a lot of space.

The OneBell® Lite is a modular hardstyle kettlebell, adjustable from 6 to 12kg in 1kg steps. Designed for demanding users, it's the ideal solution for those short on space or budget, without compromising on quality. 7 kettlebells in 1 to optimize your home gym while saving space and money.

Adjusting kettlebell weight

Adjusting the weight of the OneBell® Lite is easy with the two wrenches supplied. Unscrew the screw with the Allen key to remove the lower shell. Inside, the kettlebell is empty: add the desired weight discs to the threaded rod. Secure the disks by tightening the nut with the hexagonal key. Close the lower shell and screw it back on to secure the assembly.

Thanks to its 24mm steel threaded shaft, locking nut and ultra-strong shell, the OneBell® Lite is totally secure. No risk of opening, even during ballistic exercises such as swinging or snatching.

Yes, the kettlebell comes with two adjustment wrenches and six weight discs.

The discs are locked by a nut on the inside, so they don't move during use.

The threaded rod is screwed about 2cm into the upper body of the kettlebell, then welded. There is no risk of the kettlebell opening during use, even for ballistic exercises.

Unfortunately, yes, the paint will fade. Mainly at the base of the kettlebell when you place it on the ground, and also on the sides if you use two kettlebells at the same time (double swing, double clean, etc.).

This adjustable kettlebell is a hardstyle kettlebell and therefore does not comply with GS standards. It is better suited to StrongFirst-type hardstyle training.

In fact, the center of gravity will not always be in the same place, depending on the discs you have inserted. But quite honestly, you'll hardly feel the difference (if at all).
