Which kettlebell model should you choose ?
- If you only train for the Girevoy Sport / Kettlebell Lifting : Opt for the competition version.
- If you train in the StrongFirst / Hardstyle style : Opt for the hardstyle model.
- If you train in a mixed way : The choice will depend on your preferences. The competition version has a thinner, narrower handle, while the hardstyle version has a thicker, wider handle. In the rack position, the competition kettlebell will rest higher on your forearm, which is more comfortable if you have small hands and short forearms. The slimmer handle of the competition model is better suited to longer sets.

The cost of purchasing a basic set of competition kettlebells (16kg, 24kg and 32kg) is often around 200-300 euros, depending on the brand. Q: How is the adjustable kettlebell shipped?
A: For most countries, the kettlebell is shipped in a single package. For others, it is shipped in 2 packages (a first package with the 24kg kettlebell, and a second package with 2 4kg discs). This organization allows us to keep shipping costs to a maximum of 30kg per parcel.
Q : Do you ship every day?
A: Yes, we ship every day.
Q: Are adjustment tools and weight discs supplied?
A: Yes, keys and disks are supplied.
Q: Do you offer several payment methods?

Q: Do the discs move inside?
A: The discs are locked by a nut on the inside, so they won't move during use.
Q: Can I use the kettlebell safely, especially for ballistic movements?
A: The threaded rod is screwed about 2cm into the upper body of the kettlebell, then welded. There is no risk of the kettlebell opening during use, even for ballistic exercises.
Q: Will the paint fade?
A: Unfortunately, yes, the paint will fade. Mainly at the base of the kettlebell when you place it on the ground, and also on the sides if you use two kettlebells at the same time (double swing, double clean, etc.).
Q: Can the kettlebell be used for Girevoy Sport?
A: Our adjustable kettlebell is in competition format and therefore complies with GS standards, so you can use it to practice this sport.
Q: When I adjust the weight, won't the center of gravity always be centered?
A: In fact, the center of gravity will not always be in the same place, depending on the discs you've inserted. But quite honestly, you'll hardly feel the difference (if at all).

Facile d’utilisation et va grandement remplacer beaucoup de mes kettlebells. Peut être une deuxième bientôt, qui sait?

Un must-have. Vraiment excellent. Le poids est bien équilibré, maintenu avec l’écrou interne sur le pas de vis, et l’énorme vis BTR du fond permet de verrouiller le tout correctement. Aucun regret d’avoir acheté et attendu, ça vaut vraiment son prix.
La variation de charge est assez rapide, une minute environ pour faire bouger tout ça.
Le petit point noir serait que la peinture s’écaille un peu au niveau de la jonction et fait des petits copeaux pointus. Sinon, le tout est de bonne facture.

Great packaging and great tools for hard training!
They’ve been great so far!
I bought a couple of them in order to train with uni and bi-lateral exercises: they’re wonderful!
The only thing to mention is that if you want to train by doing long sessions of swings, the handles are not suitable for that, but that’s ok, being competition style kettlebells.
I try to not bang them too much against each other, but that’s just me 😉

This is a great solution for me because I train at home and have limited space available. I also appreciate the fact that you can shift in 1 KG increments with this kettlebell, while regular kettlebells are usually available in 4 KG increments. This helps more with the progressive overload in strength training. Overall it’s a great kettlebell, with a smooth handle.
