Over the years of my kettlebell training, I’ve tried various types. I remember starting with a fixed-weight cast-iron kettlebell I bought at a local store. Later, I added a pair of heavier iron ones to experiment with double work. Eventually, I stumbled upon competition-style kettlebells and decided to give them a try. That’s when I made a mistake – I bought an kettlebell that just did not feel right in my hands.
Soon after, I discovered a much better company and built a collection of 1×12 kg, 2×16 kg, 2×20 kg, and 1×24 kg kettlebells from them.
