What is the OneBell® adjustable competition kettlebell ?

Kettlebell training can bring incredible benefits to your physical performance and health. But equipping yourself with a complete set of kettlebells can be expensive and requires a relatively large amount of storage space.

The OneBell® adjustable kettlebell is a competition kettlebell adjustable from 12 to 32kg in 1kg increments. It's the ideal solution for kettlebell users who don't have the budget or space to buy a lot of kettlebells, without compromising on quality. 19 kettlebells in 1 to save space and money.

Adjusting kettlebell weight

The weight of the OneBell® adjustable competition kettlebell is adjusted using the two adjustment keys supplied with the kettlebell. First, unscrew the screw with the allen key to remove the lower shell. Inside, the kettlebell is empty. Simply thread the desired weight discs onto the threaded rod, then lock them in place by tightening the nut with the hexagonal key. Then all that's left to do is close the kettlebell by replacing the lower shell and screwing it in place.

Thanks to the 24mm-diameter steel threaded rod welded into the upper shell, as well as the nut and screw, the kettlebell is perfectly secure. There's no risk of the kettlebell opening during use, even for ballistic exercises such as swing or snatch.

Which adjustable kettlebell to choose ?

  • If you only train for the Girevoy Sport / Kettlebell Lifting: opt for the competition version.
  • If you train in the StrongFirst / Hardstyle style: opt for the hardstyle model.
  • If you train in a mixed way: The choice will depend on your preferences. The competition version has a thinner, narrower handle, while the hardstyle version has a thicker, wider handle. In the rack position, the competition kettlebell will rest higher on your forearm, which is more comfortable if you have small hands and short forearms. The slimmer handle of the competition model is better suited to longer sets.

    I bought two and give them a solid 5. The finish is exemplary.

    The only difference with other competition KBs I have is they are approx. 1 cm higher and have a little narrower base at the bottom. I suppose this is to make room for all the weights inside.

    The vendor was responsive in the pre-order phase and KBs were shipped when indicated they would be.

    Fairer Preis. Lieferung nach Deutschland hat ca. eine Woche gedauert. Achtung! (kein Makel) Anfangs ist die Hantel voller Graphit, also alles mal schön abwischen, sonst sind die Hände schwarz. Der Umbau ist einfach, dauert ca. 3 bis 5 Minuten. Ich hoffe, das innere Gewinde hält über die Jahre, aufgrund des Gewichts der Hantel insgesamt und den jeweiligen Scheiben, lässt man irgendwie immer die Scheiben über den Stahlstift mit dem Gewinde “gleiten”. Beim Training, kein Klappern & Wackeln.

    Fair price. Delivery to Germany took approx. one week. Attention! (not a flaw) At the beginning the barbell is full of graphite, so wipe everything off nicely, otherwise your hands will be black. The conversion is easy, takes about 3 to 5 minutes. I hope the inner thread will hold over the years, because of the weight of the barbell as a whole and the respective discs, you somehow always let the discs ‘slide’ over the steel pin with the thread. No rattling or wobbling during training.

For mainland France, delivery generally takes 4-5 working days from the day of dispatch. For the rest of Europe, delivery time depends on the country, but averages 9-10 working days from the day of dispatch.

For most countries, the kettlebell is shipped in a single package. For others, it is shipped in 2 packages (a first package with the 24kg kettlebell, and a second package with 2 4kg discs). This organization enables us to keep shipping costs to a maximum of 30kg per parcel, and therefore to offer reasonable shipping costs for distant destinations.

Yes, we ship every weekday.

Yes, the kettlebell comes with two adjustment keys and seven weight discs.

The discs are locked by a nut on the inside, so they don't move during use.

The threaded rod is screwed about 2cm into the upper body of the kettlebell, then welded. There is no risk of the kettlebell opening during use, even for ballistic exercises.

Unfortunately, yes, the paint will fade. Mainly at the base of the kettlebell when you place it on the ground, and also on the sides if you use two kettlebells at the same time (double swing, double clean, etc.).

Our adjustable kettlebell is in competition format and therefore complies with GS standards, so you can use it to practice this sport.

In fact, the center of gravity will not always be in the same place, depending on the discs you have inserted. But quite honestly, you'll hardly feel the difference (if at all).
