What is the OneBell® adjustable competition kettlebell ?

Kettlebell training can bring incredible benefits to your physical performance and health. But equipping yourself with a complete set of kettlebells can be expensive and requires a relatively large amount of storage space.

The OneBell® modular kettlebell is a competition kettlebell adjustable from 12 to 32kg in 1kg increments. It's the ideal solution for kettlebell users who don't have the budget or space to buy a lot of kettlebells, without compromising on quality. 19 kettlebells in 1 to save space and money.

Adjusting kettlebell weight

The weight of the OneBell® modular kettlebell is adjusted using the two adjustment keys supplied with the kettlebell. First, unscrew the screw with the allen key to remove the lower shell. Inside, the kettlebell is empty. Simply thread the desired weight discs onto the threaded rod, then lock them in place by tightening the nut with the hexagonal key. Then all that's left to do is close the kettlebell by replacing the lower shell and screwing it in place.

Thanks to the 24mm-diameter steel threaded rod welded into the upper shell, as well as the nut and screw, the kettlebell is perfectly secure. There's no risk of the kettlebell opening during use, even for ballistic exercises such as swing or snatch.

Which adjustable kettlebell to choose ?

  • If you only train for the Girevoy Sport / Kettlebell Lifting: opt for the competition version.
  • If you train in the StrongFirst / Hardstyle style: opt for the hardstyle model.
  • If you train in a mixed way: The choice will depend on your preferences. The competition version has a thinner, narrower handle, while the hardstyle version has a thicker, wider handle. In the rack position, the competition kettlebell will rest higher on your forearm, which is more comfortable if you have small hands and short forearms. The slimmer handle of the competition model is better suited to longer sets.

    Produkt mit guter Qualität, schneller als gedacht geliefert. Wem die Optik wichtig ist, für den ist das die richtige adjustable Kettlebell. Sie liegt schön, im Clean und im Press, an der Haut. Sie ist gleich groß wie die von Kettlebell Kings. Tolle Erweiterung zu meiner 16‑kg-Kettlebell.

    The build is solid, the weights do not rattle even during the long snatch sessions.

    My only very minor issue is that the handle is not just a polished metal. It is covered with something that makes it a bit more grippy for my preference, and it is noticeable especially in long snatch sessions since it’s a bit more harsh on the hand.

    And I’d wish there was an extra 1kg disk, it would have simplified significantly the progressive loading math.

The kettlebell is shipped in two packages (the first package contains the 12kg shell, and the second package contains the 20kg weights). This organization allows us to keep shipping costs to a maximum of 30kg per parcel.

Yes, the kettlebell comes with two adjustment keys and seven weight plates.

The plates are locked by a nut on the inside, so they don't move during use.

The threaded rod is screwed about 2cm into the upper body of the kettlebell, then welded. There is no risk of the kettlebell opening during use, even for ballistic exercises.

Unfortunately, yes, the paint will fade. Mainly at the base of the kettlebell when you place it on the ground, and also on the sides if you use two kettlebells at the same time (double swing, double clean, etc.).

Our adjustable kettlebell is in competition format and therefore complies with GS standards, so you can use it to practice this sport.

In fact, the center of gravity will not always be in the same place, depending on the plates you have inserted. But quite honestly, you'll hardly feel the difference (if at all).
